  5. A good start, and based on my analysis, I've identified the following point: The value of each person is growingly significant in today's corporate environment, which is influenced by new technology, expertise, and innovative thinking, according to Edmans. Nevertheless, this value is difficult to precisely assess. "Businesses are creating more high-quality goods these days. They are putting an emphasis on innovation and seeking out human workers rather than automated ones to provide value. Paying employees by the piece is a less successful method of employee motivation because crucial outputs like teamwork, developing customer relationships, and idea generation are challenging to assess. This results in the importance of employee happiness as a motivating factor growing. Employees who enjoy their jobs are more likely to identify with the company and go above and beyond what is required by their employment contracts. Also, it might be an effective strategy for keeping essential staff.
