With the development of the world even all industries
and subjects depict significance changes. New innovations consist of new
ideas, solutions, technologies, mechanisms, process and so on. When any
industry does not adopt to changes of world, it will be getting expired and
totally vanished.
Human resource management also shows rapid changes parallel
to the changes and development of the world. Human resource management ised directly
link with the financial performance and growth of organizations.

practices designed to cope with an increasingly complex and rapidly changing
knowledge-based economy has received increasing attention from scholar from a
diversity of disciplines and fields” (Bowman and singh, 1993; Huselid, 1995;
Guest, 1997; Zenger and Hesterly, 1997).

business success. In this digital world promote more facilities for managing
and controlling human resources efficiency and effectively. This innovations affect to different criteria, decision making process, communicating, performance evaluating and so on.

At present remote working is a famous topic and due to remote working organizations are able to enjoy priceless benefits, another leading thing is using a digital platform for communicating. Digital platform can be defined as the invisible place where people allow to connect and meet via internet. Benefits of digital platform are spreading since employee recruitment to make decisions.
- At past superiors, like chairperson of the group, CEO and etc., structured as a monopoly for taking decision, giving suggestions and all strategical tasks related to operation of the company. Now this situation has changed. Organizations are practicing and expecting involvement of employees for decision making, offering suggestions, making arguments and so on. This will lead to satisfaction of employees, increase productivity, employee’s loyalty to the organization and increase efficiency.
- The organization needs a human resource with better return on investment. That means they need a quality human resource to engage. With the development of technology, there are number of talent analysis tools available for analyzing talents, skills of human resource and identify performance and outperformance areas of each and every human resources who is involved to operation as well as who are expecting to recruit.
- In this century organizations need to pay proper attention for wellness of employees. If it is not it will negatively affect to establishment and growth of the organization, as a result of more companies implement programs and activities for fulfilling employee wellness. Companies using to maintain wellness of employees by various ways, such as mental consultancy programs, health campaigns, organize mind relaxing programs, focus for employee work life balance.
- A Skill-based data source is referred to a gallery that is contained with data and information of qualifications, knowledge, skills that are needed for relevant job position. This will lead to guideline for developing, constructing human resources and identify knowledge gaps.
Advantages to the organization with new innovations of human resource management
- With the new innovations, different apps and software have been introduced for facilitating to make easy tasks owned to human resources. This will lead to increase in efficiency level of human assets and also affect to productivity and efficiency of business operations.
- New technology includes more facilities for the communication. Hence it leads to share information, suggestions and ideas. This will facilitate to contained human resource with all information and create as an updated asset.
- At present employer is able to have a wider space for analyzing and gaining more data on job applicants and also recruitment cost is going down. Because analyzing processes related to recruitment can be facilitated by using same platforms such as linkedin, facebook and any other specific Social Medias.
- With the Development of technology organizations are spending more comfortable with data handling. This can be applied to human resource management to store data of employees, analyze attendance, performance and improvement needed areas etc.
- Using modern technology, organizations can become better aware of new mechanisms, technologies and methods for managing human resource that are used to developed workplaces.
